About Good & True
It Started With a Shirt.
I wasn't going to scream how I feel inside from the rooftops, so the next best thing was putting it on a shirt I could wear.
That's really where Good & True started.
I wasn't trying to start a clothing brand. I just kept thinking about the things life had taught me that I didn't want to forget.
That hard things can change us.
That perspective matters.
That gratitude matters.
That who we become is shaped by the choices we make when no one is watching.
And I wanted to wear those thoughts.
Not as slogans. Not because a shirt could change my life.
But because sometimes I need the reminder.
Then one thought became another. One shirt became another. And somewhere along the way I realized I wasn't really designing shirts at all.
I was giving the things I wanted to remember somewhere to live.
How did one shirt become Good & True?
Somewhere Along the Way
I started to realize I wasn't really designing clothes. I was finding ways to keep the things that matter close.
The things life had to teach me.
The things I don't want to take for granted.
The things I know are true, but still need to be reminded of.
And I figured I probably wasn't the only one.
That became Good & True.
